Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, Ca. has a requirement for a thermal cycler with real time analysis during PCR. The thermal cycler uses 96x0.02ml, 384well, 60x0.5ml formats & situ PCR format. The optical system is multiplexing with up to four fluorescent reports in a single reaction. & Software for supporting real time PCR.
