- Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to replace selected areas of flooring in Bldgs. 200, 206, 207, 210, 213, 215, 218, 224 and connecting corridor 201 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Domiciliary, White City, Oregon 97503 in accordance with the solicitation drawings and specifications. Scope of work includes removal and replacement of approx. 45,000 sq. ft. of existing carpet and/or vinyl flooring, rubber base, transitions, and underlayment. Estimated construction cost range between $100,000 to $250,000. NAICS Code: 235520. Solicitation documents will be available in electronic form on or about May 24, 2002, with a bid opening date set for June 27, 2002, under solicitation 692-07-02.
