- - May 16, 2002. 4P A-E: The DRAFT FebBizOps synopsis for the 4P A-E acquisition has been completed and is provided to all interested sources. Advance questions for the pre-proposal conference may be submitted to Bea De Los Santos at bea.delossantos@brooks.af.mil with copies to connie.massenberg@brooks.af.mil and diane.glass@brooks.af.mil no later than 22 May 2002. The preproposal conference will be held on 24 May 2002, 1-3 p.m., Marriott San Antonio Northwest, San Antonio, TX. The Strategy for the 4PAE acquisition has been completed and is provided to all interested sources. Comments can be submitted to Bea DeLosSantos at bea.delossantos@brooks.af.mil with copies to connie.massenburg@brooks.af.mil and diane.glass@brooks.af.mil no later than 13 May 2002. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted on 24 May 2002, 1:00 to 3:00 PM in San Antonio Texas. Reference Pages 20 and 21 of the attached strategy document for details. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. THIS IS A RFI FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE), Brooks AFB, TX, is planning to contract with Architect-Engineer (A&E) firms to perform Title I, Title II, and Other A&E Services to administrate, coordinate, and technically support environmental programs of interest to the government worldwide, but primarily on locations at Air Force installations in the 50 United States and Government territorial possessions.
