- NA The army requires a firm-fixed price contract for Garbage/Refuse, Litter and Recyclables Collection and Disposal at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consists of providing all necessary management, supervision, plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and materials perform the collection and disposal of household garbage/refuse, litter, yard trimmings, and commingled recyclable materials from 508 units in Family Housing. The NAICS code is 562119 and the size standard is $10. 5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000 (base plus two one-year option periods). The performance is to begin 1 Oct 2002 or within 10 calendar days after date of contract award. This acquisition is being solicited using full and open competitive procedures, in accordance with Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, therefore all eligible firms may submit a bid. A definite bid opening date has not been established. The bid opening date and time will be plac ed on the solicitation at the time of issue. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available.
