- Description
- The work includes removing concrete curb and asphalt concrete pavement; the provision of asphalt concrete pavement parking lot and drainage system, concrete curbing, pavement markings, exterior lighting and incidental related work. All references on the specifications and drawings marked N62472-01-C-0021 should be changed to read N62472-02-C-2331. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 235710 with a size standard of $12,000,000.00. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This acquisition is being conducted using full and open competition (unrestricted). Plans and Specifications are currently NOT available in the contracts office. The Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) has been amended to require all contractors to register in the Department of Defense (DOD) Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Be advised for solicitations issued after May 31, 1998, failure to register in the CCR makes an offeror ineligible for award of DOD Contracts. Information regarding this registration may be obtained by accessing our web site at http://www.efane.navfac.navy.mil or by referring to DFAR Subpart 204.73. Offerors should submit verifiction of their firm's registration in the DOD CCR Database with their proposal. Those firms not currently registered in the CCR should process their applicattion immediately to ensure registration prior to any award. The availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications WILL NOT be provided in a paper hard copy format. The address for viewing (only) this solicitation from the Internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective quoters are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this procurement WHEN specifications become available. An official planholder list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. If you fail to register, the Government cannot be responsible for your being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until on or about 1 June 2002. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the Internet.
