- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Education and Training Services, which include curriculum maintenance, curriculum development, and instruction to support the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC), Pensacola, FL. Services will be required for the following areas: Avionics, Air Traffic Control, Job Oriented Basic Skills (JOBS), Mechanical, and Curriculum Development Services. It is intended that solicitation N00140-02-R-1853 will be set-aside for exclusive participation by Historically Black Colleges or Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs). The resultant solicitation shall include a one-year base period of performance, and contain provisions for four (4) additional, consecutive, twelve (12) month option periods. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of the solicitation. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFP. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 611310 and $6M, respectively. The solicitation will be made available electronically, upon its release, at the NECO web address: www.neco.navy.mil.
