- NAICS Code: 541620 Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to U.S. Combined Heat and Power Association, located at 1225 19th Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20036-2453, for support services in profiling state activities relating to combined heat and power (CHP), and conducting a program of outreach for current CHP partners and others who have the potential to engage in greater development of CHP. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
