- Description
- The Albuquerque Indian Health Service is soliciting for proposals from prospective health are providers for Anesthesia Services to be provided within the Surgery Department of the Santa Fe Indian Hospital, 1700 Cerrillos, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Services are to be provided for both elective and emergency surgery as well as for Obstetrics and Gynecology. Tyeps of services to be provided are for general, spinal, and reginal anesthesia, and intubations. The Contractor would also be expected to provide labor spinals. The Contractor will be required to carry their won malpractice coverage, be licensed in the one state of the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States to provide services within an IHS facility, and be a Certified Register Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). The contract will be awarded as requirements type contract for a base year, with four, one-year options for renewal. All proposals received will be evaluated and considered for award. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of numerically weighted technical evaluation factors, price consideration will be based on fair and reasonable cost/price.
