Description

Pre-Announcement Notice Building 10 Revitalization Program The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to seek a company to provide development management services for the modernization/renovation of the Building 10 complex which is part of the Clinical Center Complex on NIH's Bethesda, MD campus (the Project). The development management services will include, but will not be limited to, planning, programming, special studies, design, construction, community relations and overall coordination of all activities associated with the proposed Project. NIH will publish an announcement of the solicitation soon on the Fed Biz Opps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ccb.od.nih.gov. Interested parties will be invited to attend a pre-proposal conference in July, 2002.
