Description

The U.S. Department of State plans to award a sole source delivery order to Getronics Government Solutions LLC under its GSA Contract Schedule GS-35F-0045K for a TEMPEST color printer and Zone B Getronics spare parts to replace existing Getronics (Wang) equipment at an overseas post. The equipment is to be connected to existing Getronics TEMPEST and Zone B equipment. No solicitation is available, and this notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any GSA scheduled vendor that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist, US Department of State, Office of Acquisition, P.O. Box 9115, Rosslyn Station, Arlington, VA 22219 (see Point of Contact below). Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Department of State will proceed to issue a sole-source delivery order to Getronics.
