Interested firms must identify their capability to respond to work requirements listed above. Written response must include detailed information relating to the specific requirements above along with professional qualification and relevant expertise to perform the requirement as specified. Expression of interest without sufficient detail to permit evaluation of capabilities will not be considered. Oral expressions of interest will not be considered. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive quotations nor is a Request-for-Proposal document currently available. It is anticipated that a Cost Reimbursement Type Contract will be awarded for this effort. The period of performance is for six (6) months. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. In the absence of responses from interested firms demonstrating their capability, NHTSA intends to request a proposal from Conrad Technologies, Inc., on a noncompetitive basis for the work described. Responses must be received by the listed procuring office within 15 calendar days from date of publication of the notice.
