- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. Solicitation No. 32-02-50100-400063 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #2001-07. This requirement is unrestricted. Items required: All of the following licenses are manufactured by Arbortext: CLIN 1; maintenance for Epic E3 Quad processor (2 licenses). CLIN 2; maintenance for Epic E3 Single processor (2 licenses). CLIN 3; maintenance for CD ROM Composer (2 licenses). CLIN 4; maintenance for Epic Architect (4 licenses). CLIN 5; maintenance for Epic Editor, Concurrent (20 licenses). CLIN 6; maintenance for Print Composer, Concurrent (9 licenses). CLIN 7; maintenance for Print Composer, Fixed (1 license). The required delivery date for maintenance on all the above line items is to cover the period 04/01/02-09/30/02. FOB Destination. Final acceptance shall be at destination. The following FAR provisions, clauses and addenda apply: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (Oct 2000), FAR provision,52.212-2 does not apply in that award will be made to the offeror who submits the lowest price. Offerors shall submit a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (May 2002) with their quote.
