- Description
- The work includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and materials to include, but not limited to the kitchen renovation including the addition of a new vestibule and extending loading area with minor site work and exterior painting, the partial replacement of kitchen equipment, upgrading kitchen and dining HVAC System and exhaust system with related electrical barracks HVAC/piping. In addition, replace acoustical ceiling system and repaint dining area. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both small and large businesses participation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by this agency. THIS PACKAGE WILL BE AVAILABEL IN ITS ENTIRETY AT HTTP://WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV UNDER THE SOLICITATION NUMBER. It should be ready on or around 17 May 2002. Any Amendments to this solicitation will be posted electronically at this website. No telephone or written requests shall be accepted. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320 with a three-year average annual receipt of $27.5 million. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. The contract performance time is 90 calendar days. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), offers working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation related contracts. DOT?s Bonding Assistance Program (BAP) offers bid, performance and payment bonds on contracts up to $1,000,000.00. DOT?s Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000.00 with interest at the prime rate.
