Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor,parts, materials, tools, equipment, test equipment, and transportation to perform preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repair, and technical support of the Siemens HICOM 350E Dispatch Systems at the Wing Operation Centers (WOCs) and Alternate Wing Operation Centers (AWOCs) located at Spangdahlem AB and Ramstein AB, Germany, Aviano AB, Italy, and Royal Air Force (RAF)Lakenheath, United Kingdom. The contractor shall also perform annual preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) and training classes. At the Government's request, the contractor shall provide and install hardware and software technical refreshes, repair of damage due to Government negligence, and expanded services. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. The Government may add more sites to this contract as required in the future and the addition of these sites shall be considered within the scope of this contract.
