Description

NA This requirement is for a Blasting Machine, NSN: 1375-01-417-7104, Part Number: CD450-4J, quantity 1,000 each with a 200% evaluated option. CLIN 0001AE is for a quantity of 1,000, FOB Destination, with shipments of 1,000 each to New Cumberland Army Depot, New Cumberland, PA., CLIN 0001 includes a 200% evaluated option provision, FOB Origin. This acquisition is restricted to Research Energy of Ohio Inc., 522 N. Main Stenville Pike, P.O. Box 312, Cadiz, OH 93141. Offers from concerns other than the aforem entioned are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.303. The aforeme ntioned requirement will be added to Research Energy of Ohio Purchase DAAE20-01-P-0361 which is currently in production. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of inten t is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contrac t based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
