Description

NA PROJECT TITLE & LOCATION: Richmond Inner Harbor, Maintenance Dredging, Contra Costa County, California. This procurement is Unrestricted. Job Description: Work consists of maintenance dredging of approximately 200,000 cubic yards material to provide a project depth of minus 38 feet MLLW, plus 1 foot allowable over depth, and disposing of all dredged material in the designated Government furnished open water disposal area (SF-DODS). NAICS CODE: The NAICS CODE for this project is 234990. The size stand ard for this NAICS code is $17,000,000.00. Large Business competing for this project must comply with the FAR 52.219-9 clause regarding the requirement for a subcontracting plan on the part of the work it intends to subcontract. The recommended goals for subcontracting are 61.4% for small business, 9.1% for small disadvantaged business, 5.0% for small business/women owned and 3% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. A firm that submits a plan with lesser goals must submit written rationale t o support goals submitted. The acquisition method is Invitation for Bid (IFB).
