Description

NA PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Sewer Line Work SPD Laboratory, Marin County, California. This proposed contract is set-aside for HUBZONE business concerns. Offers from other than HUBZONE business concerns will not be considered. Job Description: The wo rk is to provide new utilities and to replace some existing utilities at the South Pacific Division (SPD) Laboratory, the Operations Building and the Bay Model Building located in Marin County, California for the US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco D istrict. Work includes mobilization and demobilization of plant and equipment, site demolition, parking lot improvements, and approximately 930 cy of excavated material, 160 cy of bedding material, 175 cy of aggregate base material, 1,080 sy of asphalt pa ving, 6-inch PVC and 6-inch HDPE pipe, 8-inch sewer pipe, 370 liner feet of security fencing, and disposal of 20 cy of contaminated material. NAICS CODE: The NAICS code for this project is 233320. The size standard for this NAICS code is $28,500,000.00. The acquisition method is Invitation for Bid (IFB).
