Description: The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Office of Indian Education Programs (OIEP) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Electronic Education for software and one time license fee for work stations, teacher management software, student materials teacher computer workstation. One full day initial training, 3 follow-up consultations first, second and third year. This requirement will be purchased under the acquisition of commercial items. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Only written responses received by 3:00 p.m. MST, May 24, 2002 will be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in response to this notice. See note 22 (Sole Source Award). Note 22 modified to read 5 days in lieu of 30 days.
