- Description
- The BIA, OIEP, Navajo Region Schools has a requirement for food supplies and materials. This acquisition is to provide food supplies and materials for the BIA operated Navajo Region-Wide schools located in Arizona and New Mexico. The contractor will also provide special services including menu preparation, operations and ordering procedures, inventory control, food services personnel training, warehouse, receipt distribution of USDA commodity food and other special services requested by the local school board and/or principal at no extra cost to the local school. Contractor shall develop six-week cycle menus, which reflect student interest, cultural, preference, special occasions, banquets, etc. Period of Performance begins July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2002, with four (4) additional one-year option years.
