- Description
- The General Services Administration, Office of Realty Services, plans to hold an Industry Conference to conduct an informal round table discussion to exchange information among industry, program officials, the contracting officer, and other officials in the acquisition process for real estate services. The purpose is to improve the understanding of GSA's real estate requirements and industry capabilities to enhance the Government's ability to obtain quality service at reasonable prices. Formal presentations are not required; however, participants should be prepared to discuss the best approach to providing services to client agencies and the best pricing structure for future contracts. A workload analysis will be provided, a week prior to the conference, to those firms who indicate they will participate. Firms are requested to limit participation to no more than two persons due to limited space. The conference will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2002, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The location is the 2nd floor Board Room at the American Institute of Architects Building, 1735 New York Avenue, NW, Washington,DC, 20006. Firms interested in participating should notify Nancy K.
