- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA REQUIREMENT: The United States Government currently occupies 39,341 rentable square of office space in the Bell South Tower, 301 West Bay Street, Jacksonville, FL. This lease will expire October 11, 2002. The Government is requesting a two-year, three-month extension. LOCATION: Space must be located within the Jacksonville Central Business District REQUIRED: All services, supplies and utilities. The Government intends to extend this lease using less than full and open competition procurement procedures. The Government will consider alternative locations if economically advantageous to the Government. Factors used in the evaluation, but not limited to, include all tenant improvements, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and agency?s special requirements. TERM: The lease term will be 2 years, 3 months firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by May 23, 2002. Owners and Exclusive Agents only.
