Request for Proposals Notice for the Facade Replacement of Federal Builindg 210 Walnut, Des Moines, IA. -- Solicitation Number GS-06P-01-GZC-0512(Job PCN:IIA21040). Total estimated cost is $10,000,000 - $15,000,000. Issued Stage One Request for Technical Qualification Proposals (RFTQP) solicitation on February 15, 2002. RFTQP's were received April 4, 2002. Issue Request for Bidding Documents (Phase II): June 25, 2002. Receive Price Proposals: July 30, 2002. Estimated time for completion: 730 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Proposals will include a base bid, and options. Price Proposals will be received from the following technically qualified contractors: J.E. Dunn Construction, 929 Holmes, Kansas City, MO 64106 Neumann Brothers, Inc., 1435 Ohio St., Des Moines, IA 63505 The Weitz Company, 5901 Thornton Ave., Des Moines, IA 50321 Stage Two Specification (Bidding Documents) will be available from the General Services Administration at no cost.
