Description
Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for improvements to the small arms firing range. The work includes the installation of a new concrete retaining wall (approximately 90 feet long, 11 feet wide and 6 feet tall) and drainage ditches along the target line of the small arms range; fabrication and construction of a new steel-framed rubber curtain bullet trap (80 feet long) and demolition and new construction required to replace deteriorated flat roof over firing line with a new sloped roof. New roof structure will be comprised of pre-engineered wood trusses and a modified bituminous roofing system. Approximate area of the new roof structure is 1500 square feet. The applicable NAICS Code is 23493, with a three-year average annual receipts small business size standard of 27.5 million. Bid guarantee, payment, and performance bonds are required. The estimated construction price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
