Item 0001 & 0002 NSN 6150-01-428-4491PR P/N: 1820M65G01, The W 5 Electrical Cable an extended length of electrical cable with two shorter lengths of cable attached approx mid way of cable and extending out from cable. It has electrical connectors attached. The function of the W-5 cable is to supply electrical power to engine accessories. The dimensions are 31.00 to 32.00 in length. The first extended length is 15.50 to 16.50 and the 2nd length is 23.00 to 24.00 outside diameter range from .39 to .65. The matl consists of elec wiring, silicone tape, shrink tubing, tape A23B5A3, A23C5A2 pressure tape, AMS2473, B50TF3 CL-A solder,nickel plated wire, spiral tubing, P12TF41 CL-B chafing shield A15B41X5 primer and aluminum connectors. 113 EA. Applicable to: F110-100 Eng. Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3028. Delivery: 30 Apr 2003. The approximate issue/response date will be 30 NOV 2001. The anticipated award date will be 28 Jan 2002. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: BAE Systems/DBA Lockheed Martin Corp, Fort Wayne In 46802 4605. No telephone requests. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
