Description: Construct the first segment of the Sylamore Mountain Bike Trail on the Ozark-St. Francis National Forest. The work is located in Stone County, Arkansas, between North Sylamore Creek and Optimus, Arkansas. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The successful offeror will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price prior to beginning work. The contract period is 120 days. This project is open to both large and small businesses.
