- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a competitive requirement for development of the Advanced Research Simulator (ATCARS) Scenario Editor for the Human Factors Research Laboratory, AAM-510, Federal Aviation Administration. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541519. The contractor is to provide all personnel and services for software development of the ATCARS Scenario Editor. The contract will be fixed price with cost reimbursable travel. All interested sources should first attempt to download the solicitation from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for the solicitation must be in writing (FAX number 405-954-3030) or via the Internet at Sandra.M.Fink@FAA.gov. The requirement is sole source to Gallium Software Inc. Requests should be submitted to the attention of Sandra M. Fink and reference the Solicitation Number DTFA-02-02-R-11515. NOTE: If you have difficulty downloading the Solicitation and/or attachments, you need to be using Internet Explorer 4.0 version or newer or Netscape Navigator 6. Older versions of Netscape Navigator will not open the attachments. The following notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
