Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F41614-02-T-0049 issued as a request for quotation. Responses/offers are due by 29 May 2002. Please visit www.fedbizopps.gov and register to automatically receive procurement notification from EPS. The system will inform you, via email, when there has been activity on EPS concerning this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-06 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20020314. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses only with a NAICS Code: 611420 and Size Standard: $6.0 Million. Contractor shall furnish CLIN 0001 Bring Instructor to Goodfellow AFB to teach Macromedia Flash MX course: (Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3 Courses Combined) 9 - 18 July 2002. Level 1: This introductory course is designed to get students comfortable with this powerful application. Hands-on projects revolve around a single flash site with the content being built in class. It covers all the topics students need to get started with Flash. It will help students learn how to plan, create, and deliver Flash animations. Level II: This class is designed for people who want to extend their skills beyond Fast Track. Working with variables and using Action Script to animate, influence movie clip properties and add interactivity to your Flash projects are the focus of the course with less emphasis on design issues. Level III: This class is designed for people who need to use more advanced scripting techniques in Flash. Topics covered in class will include: An overview of object oriented programming; Direct assignment of movie clip properties; Using 'dot' syntax to target movie clips; Expert scripting mode in the script editing window; Creating counters and programming loops; repeating a sound volume slider; Duplicating and controlling duplicate movie clips with scripting; Creating text scroll boxes; Advanced toggle systems; Sending data to a CGI script.
