Description

This is a Modification to the Pre Solicitation notice posted to EPS on 15 Feb 2002. The Government intends to award this requirement for Name tapes and Name tags for Air Force Personnel utilizing FAR Part 8.7 (Acquisition From Nonprofit Agencies Employing People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled). Award will be made to a qualified participating nonprofit agency pursuant to the Javits-Wagner-O?Day Act (JWOD), 41.U.S.C. 46-48c, and the rules of the Committee for Purchase from People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (41 CFR Chapter 51). JWOD requires the Government to purchase supplies or services on the Procurement List from JWOD participating nonprofit agencies if they are available with the period required. No Solicitation shall be issued.
