Description: Work includes replacement of membrane, insulation, wood blocking, gutters, downspouts, head boxes, scuppers, copings, equipment curbs, flashing, etc., as required to provide a complete waterproof installation. Work also includes abatement of asbestos containing materials associated with the repair of roofs (i.e., flashing). The estimated cost ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period is 120 calendar days for all work to be completed. All responsible sources be considered.
