Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract with BAE Systems for the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) of Integrated Defensive Electronic Ccountermeasures (IDECM) AN/ALQ-214 Radio Frequency Countermeasures (RFCM) systems. The LRIP contract requirement includes procurement of up to 22 ALQ-214(V) systems to support USN customers. A range of technical support is also to be procured to include Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), associated data and spares. BAE Systems, is the sole designer and developer of the IDECM RFCM system and is the only source which possesses the technical data and specialized skills to perform this effort within the required timeframe. Negotiations will be conducted with BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc., 95 Canal Street, P.O. Box 868, Nashua, NH. note 22 applies
