Description

SPAWARSYSCWN Charleston is soliciting information from potential sources to provide Engineering andTechnical Support Services to support task assignments and projects associated with the Navy Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3 ) Program, and other related programs in support of CNO, COMSPAWARSYSCOM, COMNAVAIRSYSCOM, MNAVSEASYSCOM, Marine Corps, US Coast Guard and other DoD and non-DoD agencies. SPAWARSYSCEN-CHSN is assigned the role of In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the Navy Shore E3 Program, SPAWAR COG C4ISR Systems/Equipment, and other related E3 efforts. To accomplish these tasks, the Contractor shall provide engineering, technical, and development support services of a non-personal nature encompassing, but not limited to, the following: analysis, survey, installation, and testing assignments; review/update of instructions and standards; development of analysis programs and input files; development of training plans and course material; and any new assignments that may be received during the time period of the contract.
