Description: Brickett Place Double-Unit Vault Toilet Building, White Mountain National Forest, Maine. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to construct and install a double-unit vault toilet. Work includes, but is not limited to: installation and construction of precast vaults and floor slabs, to include clearing, delivery, excavation and backfill, leveling, construction of the double-unit building, hardware and fixtures, testing and charging of the tanks, as well as preparation of access routes, including aggregate surfacing. Performance period - 60 calendar days. Cost Estimate $25,000 - $100,000.
