- The INL Bureau is requesting offers for specific Brand name and other equipment for upgrades on a go fast boat. This is a small business set-aside. Equipment price offered must be the installed on the vessel price. Vendor is expected to do the labor at his facility. Equipment includes Raymarine RL8CRC+MRPA tracking radar with electronic chart plotter, interfaced with overlays, WAAS Antenna, active compass sensor and C-map chart of Namron. Icom M710RT21 HF Radio, automatic turner, 16 ft digital antenna, back-up Raymarine GPS, with WAAS Antenna and remote display, Simrad auto pilot heavy duty reversing piston pump with adjustable flow rate, rate sensor with upgrade, four place custom built intercom system with multi source audio panel & six headsets, 6 man non-SOLAS Switlik life raft with auto release, radar arch & Bimini shade, windshield with wind deflectors, relocate existing batteries from center console to aluminium battery box, re mount outboard engines onto manual jack plates including 4 hours of on water testing, relocate existing police lights onto radar arch, remove reinstall and integrate existing police radio and satellite phone with intercom system and mount on radar arch, repair or replace existing flow scan fuel flow meter system as required, pick up the vessel at USCG Fort Lauderdale and return it there after work is completed. The Government will make an award based upon Best Value to the Government, to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the govt requirements and is most advantageous to the govt. For those offers meeting all technical specs, delivery time ARO will then be of primary importance. Price is a factor of consideration, but the govt may award to other than the lowest priced offeror.
