Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract using FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (Clinger Cohen) procedures with Luxart Communications on a Sole Source basis for Navy Preseparation Guide Booklets as required by the Navy Personnel Command, Millington, TN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2731. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511130. Offeror is hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at http://www2.eps.gov or http://www.neco.navy.mil. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal.
