Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Cox & Associates, Inc., 8403 Colesville Road, Suite 865, Silver Spring, Maryland, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This requirement is for the re-design of Publication 1518, Tax Calendar for Small Business including an 18-month design, sketches for illustrations and layouts for calendar grids, articles and illustrations. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interested parties who identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for the solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing to via mail, facsimile or email within 10 calendar days of the published date of this notice. Documents over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. All Treasury contractors are required to register in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Cox & Associates.
