Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure the release of coniferous trees from approximately 772 acres (284 acres @ 3FT radius, 488 acres @ 4FT radius) on the Siuslaw National Forest, Hebo Ranger District, Tillamook and Yamhill Counties, Oregon. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and incidentals (unless designated as Government-furnished) to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 45 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. Estimated start work date is July 22, 2002. This solicitation is a Total HUBZone set-aside.
