Description

The United States Department of Agriculture/Office of Chief Financial Office/National Finance Center has a requirement to expand the tape and disk storage capacity for the Thrift Investment Board's New TSP System. The Government intends to lease to own two V960 Reduant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) level-6 Direct Access Storage Device (DASD) Subsystems, 9840B High Density tape drives and a 20-drive wall from Storage Technologies, Inc. reseller, Marzik, Inc. This will be a 36 month lease to own the equipment. No RFP exist. No phone calls are accepted. All responses to this notice is due June 7, 2002. The Government will evaluated all responses and will determine the final acquisition stategy for this procurement.
