Description

The work consists of providing all labor and materials of replacing existing city water main in the sub-basement; replacing existing domestic booster pump system; and, performing selective piping and conduit demolition. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price construction contract will be awarded. The NAICS Code is 234910. The small business standard is $28.5 million. The solicitation is unrestricted. The project completion time is 120 calendar days. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250.000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 14 June 2002 with bid opening on or about 15 July 2002. The solicitation will be available and distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
