Description

NA The project consists of construction of approximately 1700 LF of steel sheet pile revetment wall starting approximately midway between Belmont and Diversey Harbor, and running north along the Chicago shoreline, Illinois, to approximately Belmont Harbor. T he revetment section is composed of a steel sheet pile wall incorporating a battered pile support at intervals along the project. The area behind the wall will be backfilled and capped with concrete. The estimated cost range for this project is between $ 10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 13 June 2002 and Bid Opening Date is 16 July at 2:00 PM Louisville Local Time. This project is available on CD and web only. Project specification files are Portable D ocument Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package. Minimum system requirements are: 486 based personal computer, Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 8 MB application RAM, 4 MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive.
