Description

NA Disconnect existing oil lines, electrical wiring and conduit, domestic water, supply and stseam return piping, vent lines, drain lines, etc. from existing boiler. Remove existing Ajax Hot Water Boiler. Install new Kewanee hot Water Boiler, factory packag ed, firebox type, model FB194W-B464 or an approved equal and reconnect all utilities complete. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. T his acquisition is issued pursuant to the ?Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988? and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 235110 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $12 million.
