Description: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award for electric and water services at the IRS Service Center in Austin, TX. This is not a request for proposal. As Austin, TX is a municipality, it is excluded from deregulation and there is no other alternative source, therefore the City of Austin is the only source for this utility service. The IRS intends to place the order fifteen (15)days from this notice. See CBD Note 22.
