Description

Scope of work includes the cleaning of 12,737-sq. ft. of hard floors in various locations at the Battle Creek Federal Center, 74 N. Washington Ave., Battle Creek, MI 49017. Work will be performed during normal business hours. This procurement is reserved for Small Business under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The NAICS Code is 561720/S201 with small standard business size of $12.0 million. The estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 - $50,000. This procurement is not available electronically. Interested parties must request a copy of the solicitation to determine the full scope of work and are urged and expected to make a site visit. This solicitation can be requested in writing or by fax (no phone calls) but must be on official company letterhead accompanied by an original signature and must include the companies tax id number or Dun & Bradstreet number. Fax number is 616-961-7345 and the address is GSA Federal Center, Room 2-1-6, 74 N. Washington Ave., Battle Creek, MI 49017. This solicitation will be available after May 28, 2002, bid closes on June 28, 2002 at 4pm close of business. All bids should reference the contract number on the envelope. Award will be made after security clearances are completed. Award will be made on the basis of price. This procurement requires a Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (FAR 52.228-13).
