- DSCC will be issuing solicitations and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for the Strategic Materiel Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. At this time I/A/W Special Notices FAR 5.205 (c), we are providing a draft copy (I repeat, it is ONLY A DRAFT COPY) of a solicitation you will encounter when the solicitation packages for the specific projects are issued. At this time there are no drawings available.
