This change will include provisions for Sealed Bid Procedures. The closing date for this solicitation is extended from June 17, 2002 to June 20, 2002, 2:00 PM EST. Please note that all Certifications and Representations as well as username and password information must be returned by COB June 13, 2002 in order to participate in the reverse auction.
