For example, could a document begin on one roll and end on a second? A ? Yes. Q ? What is the average page count per section? A ? There is no set page count average. Q ? When will the award be announced. A ? At this time there has been no determination for date of award. Q ? What exactly is considered to be a PDF file? A ? A file per section. Q ? What is the film image reduction ratio? A ? This requirement asks that the contractor reproduce images to be as good or better in quality than the original. There is no image reduction ratio data available. Q ? Will the Army require access to any of the images in question while in the contractor?s possession?
