Description

NA The Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract for Johnstown Channel Rehabilitation, Final CG Rehabilitation Contract, Conemaugh, Little Conemaugh and Stonycreek Rivers, Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The work consists of excavation; repair of spalled areas in existing concrete channel lining and concrete walls; construction of an urban trail including bituminous pavement, guide rail, seeding and mulching, landscaping, and planting trees; and appurtenant site work. The period of performance will be approxi mately 400 calendar days. Magnitude of the project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a p rinted hard copy format. The CD's will be available approximately 14 June 2002. Pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program established by Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988, this procuremen t will be unrestricted and any resulting award will be made pursuant to the above. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) Database before receiving a contract award.
