Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. An electronic file containing the full text of the solicitation is issued concurrently herewith. Offerors responding to this request for proposals shall prepare their proposals in strict accordance with the solicitation. Proposals shall be submitted in hardcopy with original signature. Fax or electronic submissions will not be considered. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract, without discussions, to the responsible offeror whose offer meets the requirements of the solicitation at the lowest evaluated price. See Numbered Note 1.
