Description

Description: General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 2,519 rentable square feet of office and related use space along with 2,300 rentable square feet of warehouse space for a total of 4,819 rentable square feet, producing a total of 4,190 usable square feet for the USDA, APHIS, Wildlife Services. Secure, fenced parking for 8 vehicles and 10 surface parking spaces for employees and visitors are required. Unique Requirements: The warehouse space should have a minimum of 1 roll up door suitable for entering with a motorized vehicle. Location: The space must be located within the city limits of Albuquerque, NM. Term: The space is required for 10 years with the Government having the right to terminate after 5 years of occupancy Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than May 31, 2002, and should include the following information: Street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered; name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; evidence of authority to represent the owner. Authorized Contacts: In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of federal agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
