Description

Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Upper Mesa Falls and Grandview Construction Projects consist of the following: Grandview: Reconstruct the Grandview CG as follows: 1) Remove and dispose of one (1) wood and brick vault restroom; 2) Furnish and install a pre-cast concrete pumphouse; 3) Drill an 8 inch diameter well; 4) Reconstruct five (5) single family camp units to include a table, fire circle, dutch oven fire pan, utility table, and tent pad; 6) Construct one (1) host unit to include power and water hook-ups, sewage holding tank, table, fire circle, dutch oven fire pan, utility table, and tent pad; 7) Furnish and install 12 concrete wheel barriers, one (1) fee collection tube, nine (9) unit number posts, two (2) three-panel bulletin boards, approx. 730 lin. ft of water line, approx. 1,371 lin. ft of pressure treated 6"x6" timbers, four (4) hydrants and two (2) benches; 8) Install underground power; 9) Furnish and place approx. 780 cy of aggregate; 10) Remove approx. 1,245 sq. yds of asphalt. Upper Mesa Falls project includes the following: 1) Furnish and install a pre-cast concrete pumphouse; 2) Drill a 6 inch well; 3) construct approx. 1,450 lin. ft. of access road, 43,900 sq. ft. of parking areas, and 1,525 lin. ft. of trails; 4) furnish and install 28 concrete wheel stops, and one (1) dumpster pad, approx. 256 lin. ft. of pressure treated 6"x6" timber edgers, one (1) bulletin board, one (1) fee tube, eight (8) tables, four (4) benches, two (2) utility tables, two (2) fire circles, two (2) dutch oven fire pans, nine (9) hydrants, approx. 2,738 lin. ft. of water line, two (2) sewage holding tanks, and three (3) metal gates; 5) Construct approx. 54 on-ground steps with handrails and eight (8) stairway landings; 6) Remove and dispose of approx. 80 sq. yds. of asphalt and respread approx. 150 cy of topsoil 7) complete other misc. items.
