Description

Construction of individual water supply and waste disposal systems for homesites on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. This is a requirements type contract. Duration of the contract will be, base year from date of award through 12/31/2002, with one (1) option year. IFB 241-02-BI-3497 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable twenty-five ($25.00) dollars charge for solicitation documents. Project Magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00, the proposed acquisition listed herein is to award to an Indian-owned firm pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act. The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract.
